The “Power Stance” Secret:

When your kiddo needs a confidence boost before a big moment (like a school test or presentation!), have them try this for 60 seconds:

🦸‍♂️ Stand tall like a superhero
💪 Put their hands on their hips
🌟 Head high, shoulders back
😊 Big smile
🧘‍♂️ Take 3 deep breaths

We use this technique at Vasquez Taekwondo before belt tests, and the results are AMAZING!
