ππ 2025-2026 TX TRITONS 10U... WHAT. A. SEASON. ππ
As our season officially comes to an end, it's hard to put into words just how proud we are of this incredible group of young ladies.
We finished our journey on one of the biggest stages at the World Series in Dallas, Texas, bringing home an amazing 4th Place Finish against some of the best competition around.
Our tournament didn't start the way we had hoped. We came out cold, going 0-3 in pool play, earning the last seed heading into bracket play. Most teams would've packed it in...
Not these girls.
They showed the heart of true competitors.
π₯ Defeated Prosper Pride 8-5
π₯ Fell to Oklahoma Athletics in a heartbreaking 3-2 battle
π₯ Battled back to beat Diamond Prospects 4-2
π₯ Played one of the most incredible games we've ever been a part of vs a Huge TX GLORY Team... a 2 hour, 15 minute marathon that went into 4 International Tiebreakers, finally pulling out an unforgettable 14-11 victory, led by the incredible performance of #30 Emalyn Barrera..
π₯ Came out swinging against Hotshots Villegas, exploding for a 16-2 victory, with the offense led by #99 Callie Munoz and an Unbelievable performance from #00 Abby Ledesma on the mound.
π₯ Advanced into the Final Four before finally running out of gas against a tremendous Upperdeck team, falling 6-2.
There are no sad faces here...
Only pride.
Because what this team accomplished this season can't be measured by wins and losses.
It was about the growth.
It was about learning the game.
It was about raising softball IQ.
It was about trusting one another.
It was about becoming sisters.
Watching these girls transform from the beginning of the season to the end has been one of the most rewarding experiences we've ever had as coaches. They learned how to compete, how to fight through adversity, how to pick each other up, and how to believe in themselves.
π A very special congratulations to our World Series Tournament MVP, #5 Aryana Dominguez.
Aryana led our team throughout the entire tournament in hits while also leading the defense with countless put outs. Her glove was dependable, her bat came alive when we needed it most, and her presence in the dugout helped keep this team believing from the first pitch to the last. She truly led by example and was a big piece of the teams puzzle that we fought our way into the Final Four.
As your coach, watching your growth this season has been incredibly rewarding.
But as your Dad... my heart is overflowing with pride.
Watching you battle, overcome adversity, encourage your teammates, and become the player and young lady you're becoming has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. No trophy could ever compare to seeing your heart, determination, and character on display every time you stepped onto that field.
Dad couldn't be more proud of you, Baby Girl. I love you more than you'll ever know. Keep chasing your dreams... this is only the beginning. β€οΈ
To our parents...
THANK YOU.
Thank you for believing in our vision, trusting us to lead your daughters, sacrificing countless weekends, miles on the road, hotel stays, fundraising, practices, and everything in between. Thank you for choosing the TX Tritons to be part of your athlete's softball journey.
To my coaching staff...
There aren't enough words.
Thank you for your countless hours, your selfless hearts, your passion, your energy, your teaching, and your commitment to every single player. These girls became family to us, and that only happens because of the incredible people standing beside me in the dugout.
A huge shoutout to DJ for faithfully recording every game and capturing memories these families will treasure forever.
And to our amazing Team Mom, Ana...
Thank you for everything you do behind the scenes that so many never get to see. Your organization, support, love, and dedication help keep this team running, and we couldn't do it without you.
People often think successful seasons are defined by trophies.
They're not.
They're defined by relationships.
By growth.
By character.
By memories that last a lifetime.
This team gave us all of that... and so much more.
To our girls...
Never forget what you accomplished together. Never forget the fight you showed when nobody believed in you. Remember that the last seed became one of the last four teams standing because you refused to quit.
We couldn't be prouder to call ourselves π±TX TRITONSπ±.
Thank you for an unforgettable season.
FAMILY. FAITH. FIGHT. TX TRITONS.
