Does something ever just feel SO right? ✨
While I was driving on the highway today all I could think was how nice it was to be in the DFW area.

Being from the suburbs of Chicago, I have really missed the bigger city feel, the highways, and all the hustle and bustle, since moving out of Illinois in 2013.

➖

While I am still settling into my new job and have absolutely ZERO idea how to get most places without Siri, it just feels good being here.
I have the opportunity to be home with our dogs more, have a house with a pool (which I have ALWAYS wanted) and am the closest (lifestyle) to “home” that I have been in more than 6 years.

You can buy the right house and you can have a great job, but you can’t buy peace of mind. 🧘‍♀️
So very thankful that this transition has felt so r i g h t.

What are doing to move forward? To reach your goals?
Here’s what I recommend:

1. Find out what it is that is holding you back - you must start somewhere.
2. Make a plan - write out small goals and what you need to do to achieve them.
3. Revisit your goals - re read what you wrote and make adjustments as you go.
4. Hold yourself accountable - tell a friend and/or have a mentor. (If you need one, I got you 😉)
5. Don’t compare yourself to others - everyone starts somewhere!
6. Do not quit - highs and lows.. keep going‼️

We are meant to change throughout phases of life. We are meant to g r o w 🌱

to September 2014 when we went to Disney last.
Next week my friend and I (both in our upper 20’s) are going to Disney on Ice!! I’m so stinking excited.
Neither of us have kids so we may look like weirdos, but WHO CARES?! We are going to have fun and let our inner child s h i n e ✨

Ever have a day where you just need SOMETHING?
Something to clear your mind.
Something to release your anxiety.
ANYTHING to help you relax?
That was 💯percent me today!
I had a headache, my dogs were driving me crazy, and I was feeling like everything was out of my control.
While today was a rest day for my program I knew that if I took time alone for myself I would feel so much better! So, a hot shower and 20 min of yoga later, I am feeling much better ☺️

I have really found enjoyment in yoga and stretching again. What is your favorite way to wind down? 🧘‍♀️

✨RESULTS ARE IN!✨

I finished our 100 day program last weekend and my results are in!
-3.4 lbs
-4.25 inches
+Confidence and strength

Do I consider those results amazing for myself, nope. BUT I managed to go on trips, pack up my life and move to a new state, AND commit to finishing all 100 workouts. I made progress 💁🏼‍♀️

I am happy with the steps I have taken and thankful I made a promise to myself to finish the 100 workouts and did it. Now that I have finished this though, that doesn’t mean I am done. Today is day ☝🏼 of our newest program and I am HERE.FOR.IT.

There are 56 days left in 2019.
56 days left in this DECADE!
I intend to continue my progress and start the roaring 20’s off STRONG AF. 💪🏼

To put it simply; I am thankful for this community. 💖


I moved to a new town where I don’t know but a few people. We have been here almost 3 weeks and I have been working from home, so I rarely get out.
But this coaching community provides such an amazing outlet!
Today was my first live coaching event in Texas and it was a blast ⚡️ I got to learn and workout alongside my friend and teammate (which was led by one of our fav trainers), meet new people, and be a part of something bigger than myself


Today was a day where I got to feel like I belong. 💖
