Focus of the Week: Slips + Rolls

Slips: Get your head off the centerline. Make your opponent miss by an inch, not a mile. Keep your chin down and eyes up.

Rolls: Make a U shape with your head and torso. Have a slight bend in your knees and a big bend at your waist. Keep your hands up, elbows in, chin down and eyes up.
