Superb’s Philosophy : Vertical Integration - Vertical integration is a training system popularized by Charlie Francis. It is nothing more a way of blending together training components throughout the training plan. The key concept is that a training component never gets removed. At Superb, Maximum Linear Velocity aka “ top speed “ is our key training component.

The training components we blend are

S - Strength
P - Power
A - Agility
R - Reaction
Q - Quickness

Strength - The ability of the neuromuscular system to produce internal tension (in the muscles and connective tissues that pull on the bones) to overcome an external force [or external load].

Power - The ability to produce large amounts of force quickly.

Agility - The ability to accelerate, decelerate, stabilize, and quickly change directions with proper posture.

Reaction - A measure of the quickness with which an organism responds to some sort of stimulus.

Quickness - The ability to react and change body position with a maximum rate of force production.
