🏆 CONGRATULATIONS TO TEAM WHITE ON WINNING THE 6TH MCKEESPORT ELITE CHAMPIONSHIP! 🏆
What an unbelievable run by Team White to capture the 2026 Spring McKeesport Elite Championship!
This was our 6th McKeesport Elite session, and once again, it did not disappoint. We had a ton of top-tier players participating, which led to incredibly high-scoring and competitive games every single week. The playoffs were no different!
🏒 SEMIFINAL #1
The #4-seeded Team White, led by Collin Falk and Nik Halaburka, faced off against the #1-seeded Team Pink, led by PJ Biagetti and Nick Phillips.
Team White should probably be thanking their lucky stars because Pink was without their stud forward, PJ Biagetti, along with a few others.
Even without PJ, this game was a back-and-forth battle with several lead changes. Team Captain Julian Mager racked up 4 points, but in the end, Team White pulled off the upset, defeating Pink 8-6 to advance to the championship game!
🏒 SEMIFINAL #2
The other semifinal featured Team Yellow, led by Matt Sleith and Cam Kitchener, against Team Black, led by Zach Smith and CJ Evans.
This game was another absolute nail-biter. Team Black edged out a depleted Yellow squad 9-7 to punch their ticket to the finals.
Michael Burns led the way with 5 points, including the game-winning goal.
Cam Kitchener put together an incredible performance of his own, racking up 5 goals and 2 assists, but unfortunately, it wasn’t enough to take down Black.
Cam was reportedly heard vowing to draft the best team known to man next session. 😂
🏆 THE CHAMPIONSHIP GAME
The championship game did NOT disappoint!
#3-seeded Team Black took on #4-seeded Team White, and White came out flying. Collin Falk scored early to give White the lead.
And if you thought that was the last you’d hear from Collin Falk… you were very wrong.
Collin had himself a DAY! 🔥
Team Black was led by CJ Evans, who finished with 5 points, while Anthony Bonari and Caleb Horner each put up 4-point nights.
Goalie Sean Bednar played extremely well for Black, but Team White’s relentless offensive attack allowed them to maintain the lead for most of the game.
At the end of the second period, Team White held a 6-5 lead and began relying heavily on Collin Moffett, who made countless acrobatic saves to keep White in front.
When the final horn sounded, Team White’s offense had simply been too much.
Macin Defazio contributed 4 points, while Collin Falk absolutely exploded for 6 goals and an assist to lead Team White to the victory! 🏆🔥

Another incredible session is officially in the books, and we can’t wait to do it all over again in a few weeks.
