Introducing CLICK IT! 👆 Our 30-day push-up challenge starting September 15!

Here’s the deal: grab your own clicker counter at the front desk and see how many push-ups you can collect in 30 days. Every rep = one click.

• Do them at home, at the gym, or whenever you have a few minutes.
• Floor push-ups, knee push-ups, and elevated push-ups all count. Choose the version that works for you.
• September 15 – October 14
• Pick up your clicker at the front desk
• Submit your final total by October 14

No daily minimum. No required workout. No pressure to hit a certain number. Whether you’re working toward your first push-up or you’re ready to rack up hundreds, this one is for YOU!

What started as a challenge became something bigger than points, workouts, or competition.

Thanks to The Hogel Challenge and the incredible effort of our Fitness 120 members, we were able to come together and make a donation to the American Foundation for Su***de Prevention.

Every workout, every point, every person who showed up and pushed themselves helped make this possible. More importantly, it reminds us that what we do together can have an impact far beyond the walls of our gym.
