November 5-7, save the dates! There is a Seminar coming up in Red Jade Martial Arts of McHenry. This seminar is going to be about applications and sparring methods. Building methods to spar with, and learning how to effectively translate skills one learns into sparring. Topics will include bridging techniques, sticky hands sensitivity drills, and sparring tactics of Ma family Kung fu. Beginners and experienced practitioners alike are welcome!
