Let’s be real.

🚨 1 hour a week = 4 hours a month.
That’s what you’re relying on to “develop”?

Other hitters are getting 5–7 days of work in every single week.

This isn’t about working hard.
It’s about how often you’re putting yourself in a position to get better.

The old model is broken.
Show up once a week and hope it clicks? Not happening.

Most hitters can’t stay through the zone… and they don’t even know why.

⚠️ You’re too long to the ball.
Starting your barrel deep, wrapping, trying to “create” path.

That’s not it.

👉 You don’t need to be long TO the ball.
You need to be short to it… and long THROUGH it.

Quick. Tight. Direct.

The other issue? Direction.

If your hands are pulling off…
you’re in and out of the zone every swing.

No extension. No consistency.

🤯 Want to fix it?

– Get to your power triangle
– Stay through the ball, not across it
– Point the barrel at your target

And stop cheating your tee work.

Move it out front.
Earn extension.

That’s how you actually stay through the zone.

⚠️ Everyone was “the guy” before they got there.
Now the game demands more—and most players don’t know what that is.

So they keep doing what used to work…

Working hard… getting overlooked.

That “dream” of playing pro ball without a real plan?
That’s where most guys lose it.

💥 You can’t do this alone anymore.

The guys separating themselves?
They’re not guessing.
They’re getting coached.
They have a plan.

Because “I’ll figure it out” isn’t a strategy.

I promise you—it’s not because he doesn’t work hard.

You’ve seen that.
The early mornings.
The late nights.
The extra swings.

He cares. He’s trying.

But at this level… that’s not what earns playing time.

Coaches don’t just play effort.
They play guys they TRUST to produce.

And until your son becomes that guy… nothing changes.

That’s the part that’s hard to watch as a parent.

Because you know he’s capable of more…
but he doesn’t have the plan to get there yet.
