Today was the day!
Slowly getting back on track.
My body has been going through it ever since I stopped working out regularly before Mileena.
I now have daily pain and diagnosed issues that I've never experienced before. Lets hope moving around will help improve these issues and make me feel better overall.
Those on fitness journeys or health journeys, lets keep each other motivated!

Anyone looking for motivation and support in 2026?

Im ready to get back to working out and getting my body feeling healthy again. Ive personally been going through a lot of internal issues with my body and regular exercise will help relief some issues (not fix).. so if anyone is out there looking to seek motivation, workout
buddy/groups, challenges, food ideas.. etc this group is for that! No hate or bullying, just women supporting women.

Feel free to post workouts you like, don't like, completed workouts of the day, good workout clothes, recipes.. etc.

Week 1 is done :)
It was great to see some new faces this week, thank yall so much for the support!!

Next weeks workouts are scheduled as follows:
**Week 2**
Monday 4:30 and 6:15
Wednesday 4:30
Thursday 4:30 and 6:15
(Free)

This is for all levels of fitness and is a judgment free zone.

My goal is to get us up and moving while having fun 😊 and it's a plus to burn some calories 🔥 🔥 🔥
