Today was the day!
Slowly getting back on track.
My body has been going through it ever since I stopped working out regularly before Mileena.
I now have daily pain and diagnosed issues that I've never experienced before. Lets hope moving around will help improve these issues and make me feel better overall.
Those on fitness journeys or health journeys, lets keep each other motivated!
