Traditional karate focuses on things like self-defense, forms, technique, discipline, and respect.

Sport karate takes those skills and adds a competitive side — speed, timing, sparring, performance, and tournaments. 🏆

At Infinity McFarland, our students get to experience both.

Going back to school can be exciting, but it can also be a little nerve-racking for kids. New teachers, new classmates, new routines… it’s a lot!

One of our favorite things about martial arts is watching kids become more confident in themselves. 🥋

They learn to speak up, try new things, work through challenges, stay focused, and most importantly, believe that they CAN do hard things.

Those are skills they get to take with them way beyond the mats and right into the classroom. 💚
