🦈Etta and Isaac had a great experience swimming as part of Team Wisconsin at the 2026 14U Central Zones Championship!

Lots of cap trading in between events to help pass the time! Kids from the different teams like to trade swim caps as a fun activity during the meet!

They also enjoyed cheering to Team Wisconsin to lots of success. As of Sunday evening Team Wisconsin was in 2nd place🥈

Etta and Isaac got to be part of that success!

Etta:
50 breaststroke 10th place
100 breaststroke 7th place
50 free- 44th place

Isaac:
200 breaststroke- 21st place
100 breaststroke- 26th place
50 breaststroke- 45th place

🙌🏻Congrats to Etta and Isaac who are swimming this week/weekend at University of Minnesota, Jean K Freeman Aquatic Center in the 2026 Central Zones Championships! 🙌🏻

🦈Etta will be swimming 50 free, 50 breaststroke and 100 breaststroke

🦈Isaac will be swimming 50 breaststroke, 100 breaststroke, and 200 breaststroke.

To swim at 2026 Central Zones Championships Etta and Isaac had to achieve an AAA National Time Standard for at least one event!

Etta and Isaac are 2 of 187 swimmers across all age groups that representing Team Wisconsin.

This meet has 858 athletes total representing Team Minnesota, Team Illinois, Team Iowa, Team Arkansas, Team North Dakota, Team South Dakota and Team Midwestern.

⭐️And that’s a wrap, 2026 Futures in the books! Congratulations to all swimmers who competed. You put in the hard work and finished the season strong! A special thank you to Coach Nick & Coach Ryan for all the coaching hours you’ve put in for this team! And the results are:

🦈Womens 50 free- Cheyenne- 27.66
🦈Mens 50 free- Gavin- finals- 24.62-29th, Shane- 23.33-12th place, Blake- finals-22.65-3rd, and Cale-finals-22.61-2nd. Cale set a team MSS team and WI State record.
🦈Womens 200 back- Emma- finals-2:21.92-19th, Olivia- finals-2:14.90- 2nd place.
🦈Womens 50 breast- Cheyenne- finals- 33.46-8th.
🦈Mens 50 breast- Shane-29.71, Preston- finals- 29.63-14th place, Gavin-finals 28.15- 1st place.
