Self-Esteem Begins with Self-Acceptance

Self-esteem is not believing you're perfect—it's recognizing your imperfections without allowing them to define your worth. Everyone has flaws, makes mistakes, and experiences setbacks. Healthy self-esteem comes from understanding that your value as a person isn't determined by your failures, your past, or opinions of others. It comes from accepting who you are while continually striving to become better.

Replace self-criticism with honest self-reflection.
