We blend the best of each discipline to create the most results based, body sculpting 55 minute workouts. We also offer Pilates core classes, TRX, Hatha yoga and Resortive

Yin Yoga to relax and restore. The Yoga Pilates Barre philosophy is founded on low impact isometric movements and poses that safely tone, lift and transform. This allows us to create an ideal Physique by using specific muscle groups followed by custom stretching techniques. Whether your focus is to tone up, create a brand new physique or simple to relieve stress we have a happy hour for you.

• Our All-Star classes (McDonough + Forsyth) count as 3 classes each-so don’t wait to jump into one!
Need flexibility? Use our YouTube channel to take
classes from home and stay on track.
• Starting May 1, you’ll see challenge boards in the studio.
Your instructor will guide you on what to do!
Taking a class at a different location? Be sure to mark it
on your home studio’s board!
