Our Barre Classes are principally based on the core elements of Yoga, Power Pilates, Ballet and strength training. We blend the best of each discipline to create the most results based, body sculpting 55 minute workouts. We also offer Pilates core classes, TRX, Hatha yoga and Resortive Yin Yoga to relax and restore. The Yoga Pilates Barre philosophy is founded on low impact isometric movements and poses that safely tone, lift and transform. This allows us to create an ideal Physique by using specific muscle groups followed by custom stretching techniques. Whether your focus is to tone up, create a brand new physique or simple to relieve stress we have a happy hour for you.

Eight years of showing up.
Eight years of photo shoots.
Eight years of being one of the kindest hearts in our studio.

Eight years of photo shoots, and at this point we’ve accepted that Teresa simply does not take a bad picture. 😂 Somehow every single year, she steps in front of the camera and makes it look completely effortless. Beautiful smile, beautiful energy—and apparently not one bad angle to be found. 🤍

But as beautiful as she is in every picture, it’s who Teresa is off camera that we love most.

Kind. Genuine. Consistent. The kind of person whose presence simply makes a room feel a little warmer.

For eight years, we’ve had the privilege of watching her move, grow, laugh, show up and become part of the fabric of this community.

Because Laughter Counts as Core Work

There are some people who walk through the doors and, somewhere along the way, become part of the heart of the place. Connie is absolutely one of those people.

With more than 1,061 classes with us, Connie’s commitment is pretty incredible. But even more special is everything she’s brought to those classes along the way—the laughter, the friendships, the kindness and so many memories we’re grateful to share.

That number says so much about her commitment, but what we love most isn’t the number. It’s everything that happened in between those classes.

The conversations before class. The laughter during it. The friendships that grew outside of these walls. The familiar smile walking through the door again and again.

Connie, it has been such a gift to watch you become such a special part of this community. Thank you for showing up, bringing people together, making us laugh, and reminding us that the very best part of what we’ve built will always be the people inside it.

Some people make hard work look effortless. Ronda is one of them.

She shows up, puts in the work, and somehow manages to do it all with a quiet strength and kindness that makes her such a beautiful part of our community.

She’s strong. She’s focused. She’s hardworking. And she has a heart that matches every bit of that strength.

And then there are those legs. 😍 Strong, powerful, and completely her own—a beautiful reflection of the strength and dedication Ronda brings to every class. 🧡

There’s a glow about this place. ✨

And sure, the lighting is pretty… but that’s not the glow we’re talking about.

It’s the people.

It’s the laughter before class starts, the smiles across the room, the friendships that form between stretches and shakes, and the way people genuinely cheer each other on.

It’s walking through the door and knowing you belong here.

We’ve always believed movement should make you feel good—but what has grown inside these walls is so much bigger than Yoga, Pilates or Barre.

It’s a happy place.
A safe place.
A place filled with some really wonderful humans.

And when you put that many good people in one room, you can’t help but notice…

Some People Inspire Without Even Knowing It. 🤍

Teresa is one of those people.

There’s something special about a person who simply keeps showing up — with grace, determination, kindness, and a quiet strength that speaks louder than words ever could.

Teresa, you are a beautiful reminder that strength isn’t always the loudest person in the room.

Sometimes it’s consistency.
Sometimes it’s perseverance.
Sometimes it’s choosing yourself, again and again.
And sometimes it’s the way you make the people around you feel while doing it.

Beautiful on the inside & out.

January 23, 2016.

That was Adrienne’s very first class with us — and more than 10 years later, we still get the privilege of seeing that beautiful smile walk through our doors. 🥹

There are some people whose beauty goes so much deeper than what you see on the outside. Adrienne is absolutely one of them. Beautiful on the outside, yes — but somehow even more beautiful on the inside.

Kind. Warm. Genuine. And one of those people who carries a quiet, positive energy that simply feels good to be around.

For more than a decade, she has shown up for herself, for her wellness and, without probably even realizing it, for this little community too. She’s become one of those familiar faces that makes YPB feel like home.

Adrienne, thank you for choosing us way back on January 23, 2016 and continuing to choose us all these years later.

Today we’re celebrating someone who has been part of YPB for so many years—and has poured so much of herself into this community along the way.

Nicole, you are steady, strong, thoughtful, and genuinely one of those people we are just better because we have you. You’ve taught countless classes, encouraged so many people, grown alongside us, and become such an important part of the heart of YPB.

There’s something incredibly special about having instructors who don’t just teach here, but who become woven into the story of this place. You are absolutely one of those people.

Andrea walked through our doors for her very first class on January 6, 2016.

Nearly a decade later, she’s still showing up with the same quiet consistency, kind heart, and beautiful smile that has become such a familiar part of our YPB family.

She reminds us that wellness isn’t built in a single workout—it’s built one class, one choice, and one day at a time.
