This statement is from a manufacturer and seller. It’s the simplest explanation

🚨NFA UPDATE🚨

REMINDER: Suppressors are still being transferred from distributors to dealers on an ATF Form 3. Without a subsequent Form 4, there is no way to pull the suppressor from the ATF inventory (NFRTR). SilencerShop, even acknowledges this within our dealer portal, as well as every one of our distributors. That leaves the question, is it unregistered?

An unregistered NFA firearm violation under 26 U.S.C. § 5861 carries up to ten years in federal prison, a $10,000 fine, forfeiture of the firearm, and a lifetime ban on firearm ownership.

That penalty is not reduced by having purchased the item from a licensed dealer with a Form 4473 approval.

Our customers will not be test subjects for a lawsuit. Protecting YOU and OUR business is our top priority, therefore, we will continue with Form 4s until further notice.

Please remember the injunction could still be overturned within the 60 day timeframe (Roughly 40ish Days to go). As always, OFF GRID ARMORY & OFF GRID SUPPRESSORS appreciate’s your Business & your patience.
