Wish someone would tell you when your in the good ole days before the good ole days are gone.. this team has been so fun to be around everyday. They have battled and fought their tales off all season. Through the ups and downs of life, injuries, the game all of it and never gave up.

We may have came up a run short on the scoreboard today but these girls are winners in my eyes and in life. Even when people who are supposed to be in their corner and cheering for them don’t believe, they believe as a team. Made it further than people thought we should have and had chances to make it even further today but the ball didn’t bounce our way.

Love this group so much. Thank you to the parents and players for allowing me to coach them and to love them like they are my own. I couldn’t have asked for a better group to go to war with.

My seniors. Laken, Morgan, Addison, Silver, and HalliAnn you 5 are amazing role models and mentors. Your are amazing teammates and individuals who cared more about the teams success than your own and it showed. It pushed us to be better and it showed what we were capable of when we played for one another. You 5 are going to do great things I. Life and I look forward to following your journey!!

Game day tomorrow! First day of state tournament. We have prepared for this. Played a super tough schedule. Have battled through injuries and new positions and position changes. We have been tested.

Everyone loved a good underdog story. We play the 1 seed Cotter at 12:30 tomorrow in Palestine Wheatley. We would love all the support and fans we could get at the game.

McCrory Varsity Lady Jags Beat Mt. Vernon-Enola Varsity Lady Warhawks and punch their ticket into the state tourney!

McCrory Varsity Lady Jags beat Mt. Vernon-Enola Varsity Lady Warhawks 10-5

Hadley Rushing earned the win for the varsity Lady Jags. The starter allowed six hits and five runs (two earned) over five and one-third innings, striking out none and walking three. Morgan Stuckey tossed one and two-thirds innings of no-run ball for McCrory Varsity Lady Jags in relief. The reliever allowed zero hits, striking out one and walking one.

McCrory Varsity Lady Jags accumulated 12 hits in the game. Stuckey went 3-for-3 at the plate to lead McCrory Varsity Lady Jags in hits. Poole and Halbert each drove in three runs for McCrory Varsity Lady Jags and both homered. HalliAnn Glover collected two hits for McCrory Varsity Lady Jags in three at bats. McCrory Varsity Lady Jags turned three double plays in the game.
