Good morning Jaguar Family!!

Please be aware that our stunt clinic is quickly approaching! It’s on Tuesday 7 July 2026 from 1 pm to 5 pm at the high school gym. I hope that everyone has had a good break so far, but we are excited to get to work making this season the best one yet!

The 26-27 Jr. jag cheerleaders did an outstanding job in the parade at Mosquito Fest today. They always represent us so well.

Reminder! Cheer camp starts 1 June 2026 at 9 am in the high school gym. Cheerleaders must be at the gym NO LATER than 8:30.

We will go from 8:30 to 4 everyday from Monday 1 June 2026 to 3 June 2026.

Congratulations to our 2026/2027 MJHS cheerleaders! We have a mandatory meeting at the high school gym at 3:00 tomorrow. All cheerleaders need to be there to try on uniforms. We will discuss fundraisers, practice schedules, and camp as well. All girls will need to bring $27.

‼️Attention‼️We have added an optional junior high tryout practice for Tuesday from 3:30-5:00 at the main gym. Attendance is not required, but Layla and Mrs. Harper will be there to help if you have any questions. Sixth graders can ride the bus after school to the high school, just please make sure to contact the elementary school if this is not their normal mode of transportation.

The senior girls basketball team has made it to regionals! Because of this, we are having to change our tryout date. Please take note of the new practices/tryout date below.

There is a PeeWee basketball tournament on Saturday, February 21. Due to the this, the tryout practice scheduled for Saturday, February 21 will now be on Sunday, February 22 from 2:00-4:30. Please make note of the change in your plans. Mandatory practices:
Sunday, February 22 2:00-4:30
Monday, February 23 5:30-7:30
Tuesday, February 24 5:30-7:30
Optional practice:
Thursday, February 26 5:30-7:00.
