My students and I are on a break until January. Looking forward to seeing everyone again in 2022! Hope you have a Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year!

Please contact me if you are interested in joining our Peaceful Warrior classes in 2022. Peaceful Warrior is an intermediate yoga fusion class using light weights and resistance bands in addition to traditional asana, pranayama and meditation practices. The class is specific for Active Agers, 55+, but all are welcome. Must be able to get up and down from the floor without assistance.

Also, I will be teaching one Chair Yoga class per week in 2022. This class is active, does require some standing, but you do not have to get up and down from the floor.

All classes are offered at the McCormick United Methodist Church in McCormick weekdays during the day. I am unable to offer late or weekend classes at this time. Please message me for more information.

These classes are not drop in. We need to have a conversation and complete some paperwork prior to classes. You do not have to wear a funny hat or dress as a present to attend, but presence is quite necessary. Thank you!
