As a pitcher so much of our body is hunched forward because of the power we create through our whip, stability, snap and finish on a pitch. So, don’t forget to open up the front side of your body and chest to create better posture in your pitch, especially when your moving fromyour K position to your T position.

Anyway, this is something that I often think about and I constantly have to work on. Some days, are better than others. And today I took about 30 pics to get this one that is just aight. 🤷‍♀️
