The fall swim sessions begins TOMORROW, AUGUST 23-here’s what to bring!
•A proper fitting swim suit-suits that are too baggy can cause extra resistance in the water, while suits that are too tights can hinder a swimmer mobility, good fit is important!

LAP SWIM for the fall session will run from 5:30am-4pm on Monday through Thursday, 5:30-9am on Friday, and 6-8:30am on Saturday and Sunday. Reservations are NOT required, but memberships are! Visit our website to learn more about the different types of lap swim memberships we offer!
