-Ben is an ACE certified personal trainer.
-3 years of personal training experience.
-Ben has completed his first year in the Exercise Science and Dietetics program at Ashland University; earning a 3.5 GPA in the classroom.
-Ben is a Redshirt Freshman on the Ashland University Football Team; playing Defensive End under the legendary, Coach Rose.

Another night celebrating a wonderful young woman! Malia Romes will head to New Jersey, this winter, to begin her career at Rutgers. This strong, and talented athlete has been a blessing to be around, and it has been so fun training and getting to know her!

Yesterday, I had the honor of celebrating two extraordinary, young women! Addie Bellman and Sienna Fry signed their National Letters of Intent!
Addie will be attending Mount Vernon Nazarene University and Sienna is heading to Dayton! Both of these ladies not only succeed on the court they are beautiful women of God! It’s been a pleasure to get to know them, and all of us, at Cut By Coach, can’t wait to watch you grow!
