🐦Bluebird Express Update☀️
Bluebird Express will reopen for normal summer operations tomorrow, Friday, August 28! During normal operations, our Lift Maintenance team identified an issue and followed safety protocols by closing the lift for a full assessment. After working directly with the lift manufacturer, Bluebird Express has been cleared as safe to operate. A big thank you to our Lift Maintenance team for their work and dedication to safety today and to our guests for their patience and understanding while we made sure everything was ready to go.

How are we already down to the final TWO TGIF Concerts of the summer?!

This Friday, we’re back on the lawn for another evening of live music, mountain air, and one of our favorite ways to kick off the weekend. Tylor & the Train Robbers take the stage for our second-to-last TGIF Concert of the season.

Bluebird Express will reopen for normal summer operations tomorrow, Friday, August 28! Smoky’s is still open from 11am – 5pm, and if you’re looking to earn those downhill laps, our cross-country trail system is open and ready to ride.

A Golden Wrench for one of Brundage’s best. 🔧

Congratulations to our Fleet Maintenance Manager, Nate Hunt, who was recently honored with the Intermountain Ski Areas Association’s Golden Wrench Award, recognizing excellence in ski area operations and maintenance.

Nate has spent 35 years in the ski industry, building a career that spans lift maintenance, construction, resort operations, snowcat repair, and fleet maintenance. At Brundage, his leadership keeps our fleet running, our crews moving, and our mountain operating smoothly all winter long.

A lot of what Nate and his team do happens behind the scenes, but the impact is felt across the entire mountain. Congratulations, Nate! We’re proud to have you on the Brundage team.
