We have never done a MORNING ADULT CLASS before. Who would be INTERESTED?!🏋️‍♂️💪

Time: 5:30-6:30ish
Cost: $10 per class

Class would consist of:

5-10 minute warm up / stretch

20-25 minutes of BASIC weightlifting focusing on a mixture of strength/endurance (different modifications for all ages)

8-10 minutes of HIIT (Hight Intensity Interval Training) get your heart rate up! (MODIFICATIONS for all AGES)

8-10 minutes of Cool Down Walking / Stretching (Lower the Heart Rate)

Get your workout in before work! You will FEEL BETTER and be more PRODUCTIVE the rest of the day! 🏋️‍♂️

We will be hosting an OPEN COURT tomorrow (August 2nd) at 9am! 🏀☀️

4th-6th Grade Girls/Boys on one court and 7th-9th Grade Girls/Boys on the other court! The cost is $10 per kid.

We will be finishing up our 4th-6th grade summer league tonight (July 2nd) with games starting at 6:30! This will be our MAKE UP DAY for the first week of not having games. We will have our Double Elimination Tournament, 3 Point Competition, and Free Throw Competition tonight. This will be a fun day for the kids. PLEASE try to have them there! 🏀🏆

If your kid does not want to wear a jersey, please have them wear the color of whatever team they’re on.
