Located in North Mcallen's busy business district we strive to give you the exclusive gym experience without all the stress and rush hours from big retail gyms.The problem with commercial gyms is you cant contribute the level of effort needed to achieve greatness with when 30 people behind you are riding exercise bikes and watching Tv. Sometimes you need to ditch the Tv's and mediocracy from these big box gyms and put in the WORK.

Did you have an indulgent weekend? Maybe a few too many glasses of champs 🙄....delicious desserts with ice cream 🍨 on the side 🙄🙄🙄. Yeah, me neither😜. But just in case you did, here is a great way to flush out those toxins:

Detox Juice: (if you don’t have a juicer, you can throw the ingredients down your blender. It won’t be straight Juice as the pulp won’t be removed, but the benefits will still be there.
🥒 use cucumber as your base. It’s 96% water. 2️⃣ stalks of celery to lower inflammation, boost digestion and reduce bloating. 🍃Next, a handful of spinach or kale to help pull out toxins from your liver. And lastly, ☝🏼 whole 🍋 to help get that digestion system moving (it’s a natural laxative 😉).

The peach 🍑• The cakes 🎂• The behind ⤴️• Call it what you like BUTT know this (lol get it- "butt" ) your glutes serve a purpose far greater than looking good in those jeans 👖. Strong glutes are important to prevent back injury, maintain good posture, and improving overall strength. Try the exercise pictured here to isolate your glutes and build them up.

Hip Thrust- with your shoulders elevated, align your ankles with your knees so that they are vertical and open feet to just wider than hips. Push your heels through the ground and elevate your hips. When you get to the top, get a good glute squeeze before coming back down.• This exercise can be done with body weight only, resistance bands, or weighted with a dumbbell or loaded barbell. Enjoy!

There are several ways to reach a goal. No matter what we are talking about, there is always more than one way to accomplish something. The same holds true in the realm of dieting approaches. I love this infographic by because it lays out the three most common methods for weight loss with the pros and cons.

What works for one, may not work for all. It truly is dependent on your lifestyle and your preferences. In our household, we have two different people with the same job, same access to foods, with very DIFFERENT preferences. I 🙋🏼am a counter. Since before the hashtag of even existed, I was counting macros. I like it. It works for me. I love the freedom that I have to eat whichever foods I want, whenever I want, but with the accountability that I need. My husband, on the other hand, is an intuitive eater. He eats when hungry and stops when full (we're still working on the "stopping when full" part 😂) because he hates to count. It doesn't work for him.

As much as I would like my clients to be "counters" like me, because I want them to have freedom and enjoy whatever they'd like, within limits, some of them prefer the meal plan. AND THATS OKAY! No one approach is superior to the other. At the end of the day, choose what works best for YOU!
