Coach Rick has been with Professor Diego Ferreira since the beginning and has been such an important part of Team Ferreira ever since.

He has a special way of bringing out the best in everyone, inside and outside of the gym. His experience, loyalty, guidance, and heart mean more to us than words can say.

To so many of us, he is much more than a coach. He is family, a mentor, and someone we deeply respect and appreciate.

Today, Professor Diego Ferreira , Coach "AÇOUGUEIRO" a_jerry_on_top , and the e rest of the coaches had the honor of promoting both our kids and adults, with new stripes, new belts, and so many important milestones reached.

We are incredibly proud of every student for the hard work, discipline, and consistency it took to get here.

At Team Ferreira, becoming better on the mats matters, but becoming a better person off the mats matters even more. That is the culture we work to build every day.
