Join the Postpartum Rebuild to Strength Series starting April 20 in Alexandria, VA.
This 6-week semi-private training program is designed to help you safely rebuild strength after birth progressively through each week, in a supportive environment.
We’ll focus on:
• Core rehabilitation
• Pelvic floor connection
• Breath and core coordination
• Gradual full body strength
A small group setting allows for individualized guidance so you can better understand your body and rebuild with confidence.
Babies are always welcome.
