Postpartum Moms — This One Is For You 🤍

Join the Postpartum Rebuild to Strength Series starting April 20 in Alexandria, VA.

This 6-week semi-private training program is designed to help you safely rebuild strength after birth progressively through each week, in a supportive environment.

We’ll focus on:
• Core rehabilitation
• Pelvic floor connection
• Breath and core coordination
• Gradual full body strength

A small group setting allows for individualized guidance so you can better understand your body and rebuild with confidence.

Babies are always welcome.

(This is my pre run warm up, not necessarily my hip strengthening routine)
As a woman, your hips are the strongest part of your body.
But no one talks about how birth affects them.

Your hips literally open and reposition so your baby can grow and move through the birth canal.

And without proper attention, they can experience loose ligaments, instability, deep aching pain, clicking, pelvic floor dysfunction, or that “my body just feels off” feeling.

Because during pregnancy, hormones like relaxin soften the ligaments that hold your pelvis together.
Your center of gravity shifts.
Your glutes can weaken.
Your deep core disengages.

And after birth — whether vaginal or cesarean — your hips don’t just “snap back.”

They need rebuilding.
They need stability.
They need strength layered back in with intention.

Strong hips postpartum mean:

• Better pelvic floor function
• Less low back pain
• Improved core connection
• More power in daily movement
• Confidence picking up your babies
• Returning to running, lifting, or training safely

This isn’t about bouncing back.
It’s about restoring alignment and reclaiming strength in the foundation of your body.

Ok I’m sure we have all felt the desire for our bodies to go back to how they were before pregnancy, either putting in work or not.
But the truth is, everyone’s bodies genetics and systems play such a huge role to what our bodies do after birth.
This season is about rebuilding not reliving, so give your body time, grace and still show up.
