Thanks to Action Photography , we’re going to offer a Wednesday scrap this week at the MAC. wrestling room as well. If people can make it, we’ll open it up twice a week. 7-8 PM.

Sundays Scraps! Every Sunday! Time varies. But we send out a Parent Square/Announcement every week.

We want people out there! It doesn’t matter if it’s Boys/Girls, HS/JH/Youth, etc. open to everyone. We had former head coaches and alumni come out as well. We’ve had families come out. Son/daughter wrestled but mom/dad never did? No problem come out and run it with your kid.

No conditioning, it’s not a practice. We just get on the mat and roll.

Parents can watch as well. Bring a chair. We want it to be a community thing. Let’s fill the room.

For over 30 years, McAlester Wrestling has been benefactor of Ruyana and Gary’s generosity. Among their many deeds, they established the Garrison Browne Fugitt Memorial Scholarship in memory of their son Garrison, who was a manager for the wrestling team for many years. The scholarship honors students whose lives were molded and positively affected by the sport. As a reward for their many accomplishments which include over 50 dual wins, an undefeated regular season and two district championships, the Fugitt foundation chose to award all 9 seniors of the class of 2026 with the scholarship.

Tomorrow at physicals, you can go ahead and get a jump on next year and pay your $25 activity fee and receive your student All-Sports Pass. Allows you to enter any JH or HS athletic event.
