Mcalester Regional Wellness Center McAlester Regional Wellness Center is a branch of McAlester Regional Health Center Benefits of Exercise:

A group exercise studio and adjacent stretching area

Monthly Fee:
First member – $48.00, additional family members $32.00/1st member, $22.00/2nd member, $17.00/3rd member, $12.00/4th member, $7.00/5th member
No family membership (5 members maximum) will exceed $138 per month. Immediate family members must reside in same household & be 11 years of age or older
Guests pay $8.00 per visit.
5 visit punch card – $30.00 (expires 6 months after date of purchase)
We offer discounts for city, state and federal employees, as well as military discounts. Please call for more information. Fitness Assessment:
Fitness Assessments are required only if a member chooses personal training. The fee is $25 for primary member and $25 for each additional family member. The Fitness Assessment includes Health History Questionnaire, Lung Function Testing, Flexibility Analysis, Resting & Exercise Blood Pressure, Body Fat Measurement, Height to Weight Ratio, Waist to Hip Circumference and Cardiovascular Endurance Testing. Personal Training Available:
Single sessions:
30 minute sessions - $20
45 minute sessions - $25
60 minute sessions - $30

We have protein and energy drinks as well as bottled water for sale. Monday – Friday - 5:00am to 8:00pm
Saturday – 8:00am to 2:00pm
Sunday – 11:00pm to 5:00pm

Good morning and Happy Monday! We just want to take a minute to say thank you to all of our amazing members our there! You really are AMAZING! We wouldn't be where we are today without each of you! We enjoy seeing your faces here at the wellness center everyday! We enjoy visiting with each of you and helping you reach your fitness goals! If you haven't been in a while, come back and see us!
