Let me shine the spotlight on another legend representing - Lance Graves 🙌

From the moment I met LG I felt like I knew him in a past life. My great grandmother Dovey was from the same little corner of Oklahoma where Lance was born and raised, and I’m sure the universe brought us together.

What Lance has achieved in the barrel racing world is unmatched, and his resume is long. His dedication to raising two daughters is inspiring and obviously his proudest accomplishment. But what impresses me the most is his ability to build up confidence in the horses and in people! His support and positivity and inclusivity of all riders and skill sets allows a rider to feel like they belong!

Thank you LG for being on my team and always supporting my artistic side. You have believed in me from the very beginning and I appreciate you 💕

Old Fort Days and BFA Secretary Cindy Arnold was ON 🔥 at the LG MASTERS winning BOTH long rounds on two different horses! Cindy covered homebred “KC All AboutDaBase” (an APHA daughter of Gitter Done Turnpike out of Genuine Images by Title Contender) to a round one win with a smoking 15.09!

Congratulations to the 2024 LG MASTERS 1D finals Champion
Rhonda Hudson Dowding and “RB Rare French Kiss” an 8 year old home bred daughter of Frenchman’s Guy out of Rarely Fired by Rare Bar! The pair was 3rd in round one. Came back to be 2nd in round 2 before winning Sundays finale! The team pocketed over $2,000 and the coolest vintage Varsity Championship jacket provided by Ryann Pedone barrel horses. The first leg of the “Triple Crown Senior World Championship” is in the books! Mark your calendars for Martha Josey’s 2nd annual “Josey Gold Cup” October 10-13, 2024 in Marshall, Texas followed by the final leg, Renea Boling’s “Barrel Bash Seniors Only” world championship October 18-20, 2024 in Hutchinson, Ks!
