Ahhh technology. The drive from Winthrop to Mazama is only 15-20 minutes. Yes, there is a detour onto Goat Creek Road which adds 2-3 minutes. Don’t believe Google Msps which would like to send you into the mountains on a snowmobile route. We are trying to fix. Google map Mazama to Winthrop and it is correct.

Lots to be grateful for on these Methow Mornings. Thank you Power Crews for your holiday efforts to keep us warm and lit up. for hard work in the trees and incredible conditions by morning. Another blissful day in the upper Methow.

Big snowfall in Mazama yesterday. Trails groomed with the big Cat. PLEASE thank all your Groomers for all their work on these holiday early mornings. This Mazama groomer is stopped, again, to get out and clear and cut fallen trees. What an arduous task to make our trails pristine these holidays.
