Last weekends powerlifting meet went incredible!

Big thanks to Brandon Combess for putting this in motion!

The entire Combess Barbell crew rocked the house and put up some crazy numbers!

I had never been to a powerlifting meet and the atmosphere was so intense in an awesome way! Made me want to get involved in the next one even!

A bunch of big Ol strong teddy bears pushing each other to do their best. It really was electric(boogie woogie)!

We have another one in September and if you haven’t marked it on your calendar then you should do that right now!

Also big shoutout to Gains supplements for setting up their booth and hanging out for the day!

Thanks to everyone who lifted and came by for support!

Friday morning 8-12 & Friday evening 4-6.

Rules meeting Saturday at 8

Lifting starts at 9.

We will be moving the weight room post afternoon weigh ins, so gym access will be limited till after the competition Saturday!

Entry fee for spectators is only $10! Be sure to come by and support our hometown lifters and enjoy the event!

We will have vendors and food options. Be ready for an awesome day!

Big Shoutout to !

We are very excited to have Gainz open up their second shop right here at My Fitness!

These products are available to everyone, both members and non members!

We will be working on a store front for these guys over the coming months and we are excited to help fill the void GNC left when they closed shop after Covid.

We have stock of: Insane Labs, Bucked Up, Centurion Labs, Core Nutritional and more top of the line brands and products!

Check out their socials to see what all they offer and let me know what I need to stock up on!
