Sellhorn Fox Preserve will be having a Two Class Derby and All Age 4 hour Field Trial January 25th. We will be giving out awards to the top 15 hounds in each class. We will be casting at day break or as soon as we can see the numbers on the hounds. It will be 31.00 dollars a hound to enter the Field Trial. For getting numbers call Pat at 1-252-241-3279. Please no calls after 9:00 pm. Breakfast and lunch will be served at no cost to everyone who is Involved with the Field Trial . Sellhorn Fox Preserve hunt for January 4th has been postponed till January 11th. Sorry for any inconvenience to any or everyone. For everyone that got numbers for the Field Trial on the 4th of January your numbers will still be good for the January 11 th Field Trial. Sellhorn Fox Preserve will be having a Two Class Derby and All Age 4 Hour Speed and Drive Special Christmas hunt December 21st. We will be giving away a ton of Orange bag Pride to the top 5 hounds in each class. 1st place will get 6 bags ,2nd place will get 5 bags ,3 rd place will get 4 bags ,4th place will get 3 bags and 5th place will get 2 bags in each class. We will also give Awards to the top 15 Hounds in each class. Breakfast and lunch will be served for free to everyone involved with the Field Trial. Sellhorn Fox Preserve is having a 4 hour Two Class Derby and All Age Field Trial December 7th. Will be casting hounds at or around 6:30 am or as soon as it gets enough daylight to be able to see the numbers on the hounds. It will be 31.00 dollars a dog to enter your hound. We will be giving out awards to the top15 dogs in each class. We will also give out 300.00 dollars to the top scoring dog of the Field Trial if we have at least 150 dogs entered in the Field Trial the day of the Field Trial. Sellhorn Fox Preserve is having a Two Class Derby and All Age Field Trial October 26 2019. It will be a 4hour Field Trial and will be casting hounds around day break 6:30 to 6:45 am. We be giving out awards to the top 15 hounds in each class. If we have at least 160 hounds at the Field Trial there will be 300 dollars awarded to the top scoring hound . Sellhorns Fox Preserve Money Hunt January 7th 5 hour hunt. One Hundred dollars a dog with 75% pay back. Paying Two places per 10 dogs. There will be a 25.00 deposit required to hold numbers that has to be paid by January 1st mailed to Tommy Roach at 413 Maple Street New Bern N C 28560.
