Happy New Year! We extend our best wishes for a prosperous 2026, a year of great new beginnings. We hope you will be able to join us at our new location in Maysville this Monday night at 5pm.

As we say goodbye to Lula CKD Academy, we say hello to the all-new Standfirm Martial Arts Academy. We have enjoyed many years in Lula, and now we have a new home in Maysville to grow future leaders. Our new building, God willing, will equip many other young people, both in age and in heart, to fulfill their dreams in life. We will teach the Constitution, along with the ability to stand up for oneself. We are proud of the many young adults we watched grow from kids and become the next generation of leaders. We had the privilege of seeing them graduate and now serving in our military, serving God, having served, and now beginning their lives as parents and leaders of tomorrow. We are now looking for the next instructors to come be a part of our journey. We cannot do it alone. When you invest in a child, you invest in the future of America.

A sincere expression of gratitude to my parents: I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the numerous parents who sat in the viewing area, actively participated with their children in the training area, and assisted with various extracurricular activities. Your unwavering support for not only your own children but also all students is truly valued. Your dedication to your family, children, and our community is sincerely appreciated. We will always maintain a strong familial bond. As a unified family and an integral part of the Lula community for over 15 years, we acknowledge that we have made mistakes and may have inadvertently offended some individuals. However, the safety and well-being of our students, both young and old, have always been our top priority. I could enumerate numerous students who have grown from timid children to confident individuals, empowered to excel in life. Our guiding principle has always been, and will continue to be, 'the belt does not make me, I make the belt.' As we bring our time in Lula to a close, we will embark on a new journey in Maysville, commencing January 5th, 2026. Thank you, and may God bless.

I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Lula. As we prepare to conclude nearly 15 years of community service in Lula, Georgia, I would first like to express my appreciation to God for opening doors many years ago. I also want to thank the City of Lula for their ongoing support, particularly for providing barriers during our Halloween festivities, which have attracted nearly 100 participants annually. We will be relocating to Maysville effective January 5th.

Throwback Thursday with Allie Montgomery, who was afforded the opportunity to test for her gold belt a day prior to the scheduled testing date for the other students. For those who may be unaware, Mr. Danny Glenn makes a concerted effort to accommodate the diverse schedules of his students. If a student is unable to attend a testing session, Mr. Glenn endeavors to provide an alternative testing arrangement, which may include testing a day prior to or following the scheduled testing date. 

Way to go Allie on achieving your next belt. Keep up the great work.
