Huge shoutout to our very own .22 on running the Cleveland Marathon. Emma is the hardest worker at the gym both for the gym and for herself…When she’s not training people day and night, or coaching AAU basketball, or being a basketball ref, you’ll see her crushing her strength training and then on the side on a whim decided to train for and run the full Cleveland marathon (don’t forget the fact she’s coming off of ACL surgery). Congrats Emma, we couldn’t be more proud or happier for you!

Memorial Day is a solemn holiday filled with respect and remembrance—not just a day off for gluttonous barbecues. It’s a time we come together to honor the ultimate sacrifices made by many for something far greater than themselves. And so, we’ll gather to pay tribute to a few legends we lost in the line of duty: Nick “Goose” Bradshaw, Dominic “Mailman” Farnham, and Pete “Dead Meat” Thompson, at Operation Sleepy Weasel, The Top Gun 40th/Hot Shots! 35th Anniversary, Memorial Day Workout. So if you’re feeling the need for speed, you don’t have to fly to Miramar or dodge bazooka rounds at Little Big Horn…or was it Okinawa? The one without the Indians…just grab your RIO, your wingman, and take your mighty wings and buzz on down the highway to the danger zone, Health 360, on Monday, May 25th, at 0900. $20 and everyone’s welcome to join the best of the best…In there we gotta push it.
