Hey friends! I am opening up a few slots for online training.
*It will be an 8 week fat loss program, workouts are 5x’s a week, 45-60min. Prefer you to have access to a gym but can tailor workouts to the equipment you have access to!
*You will also get a nutrition plan with a grocery list.
*You will have a way to track your progress.
*I will include a fat loss recovery protocol & education on the importance of recovery.
*You will also get a fitness consistency planner!
