✨ The Dances That Built Studio A: Part 2

This is Ms. Gabi performing her tap solo “Bang” at Starpower Nationals in Myrtle Beach 2024.

She was my very first Studio A dancer, and years later she’s still right here beside me helping lead the next generation.

What a gift it’s been to watch her grow from student to assistant. ❤️

As we count down to Nationals, we’re sharing some of the dances, dancers, and memories that helped build Studio A into what it is today.

✨ The Dances That Built Studio A: Part 1

Ooh Child.

This was the very first duet that our Bella and Kylie ever performed together in 2024.

I created this piece in honor of my dad who fought cancer, and these two girls represented my sister and me navigating the loss of him through our eyes. It was one of those dances that carried so much meaning from the very first rehearsal, and Bella and Kylie brought every emotion to the stage beautifully.

As we head into Nationals, I thought it would be special to look back at some of the pieces that helped shape who we are today. This one will always hold a special place in my heart 🤍

We can't wait to hit that Nationals stage.

We are still NOT OVER the show last night! 🤩

So many talented dancers, amazing routines, and such a fun evening from start to finish.

Then we headed to the cast party where our girls enjoyed pizza, games, and making memories together 🍕❤️

We're thankful for the kindness we've been shown and had the best time celebrating a day full of what we love… DANCE 💙💚✨

Today was our last rehearsal in this Studio A building. 🤍🥹🙌🏼

This little building has held countless memories, growth, laughter, challenges, friendships, rehearsals, and dreams.

As we prepare to finish out our sixth season and head into our next chapter, I couldn't help but pause and feel thankful for everything these walls have meant to so many of us.

Bittersweet is the only word that comes to mind.
Let’s keep going, Studio A. ✨

Yesterday in class we got to celebrate Raylee’s birthday 🧁💕

We shared cupcakes, smiles, and of course a big birthday song made it such a sweet moment together. These are the little memories that make studio days so special.

Happy birthday Raylee 🎉 We loved celebrating you!
