As we prepare for week 3 of competition, our boys have gotten off to a great 5-0 start. We have leaned on our defense throughout the first 5 games to help us go 1-0 each day, while working through a new offensive system. Another 3 game week to finish out the month of December beginning Tuesday vs GMG, Thursday vs North Tama, and Friday vs Baxter (all home). Here's our statistical leaders through 5:

Really good TEAM win last night against a scrappy Martensdale-St. Marys squad 48-45. Stepped up defensively and rebounded well in the 2nd Half. Best road crowd this season and our bench was energetic and engaged!

Really nice conference W last night 56-53 over a tough North Tama team. Started off hot and found a way to close it out at the end. Proud of the fight in this group to get us back to .500 and to 6-3 in conference.
