Morrison Boxing Club Morrison Boxing Club is a 501(c)(3) Not-For-Profit Arkansas Corporation whose coaches are all unpaid volunteers. as a competitive boxing training facility.

Our mission is to develop Arkansan youth and young adults into disciplined and productive students and citizens through amateur boxing. We are registered with and fully sanctioned by the National Governing Body of Amateur Boxing in the USA (USA Boxing Inc.) Our coaches are USA Boxing members, trained and certified as boxing coaches by USA Boxing and must pass a Sexual Abuse and Molestation backgro

und check yearly. Club President and Head Coach: Allan Nader is certified at USA Boxing poach Level III and Official Level II. As a coach since 1971, his boxers have been successful at the pro World Championship level and in the amateurs he has sent athletes to Pan American games, Goodwill Games, Golden Gloves Nationals, USA Nationals, JO Nationals and World Amateur Championships.

Morrison Boxing will reopen on 5/11/20
Under These Arkansas Restrictions
We need to reconfigure the gym to meet the new requirements.
1. Restrictions include screening for staff and patrons, temperature checks for staff, and face coverings for everyone except when actively sparing.
2. People who recently traveled out of state, or to foreign countries may not be allowed to enter. People with fever, symptoms, recent contact with COVID-19 patients and those with compromised immune systems or chronic diseases will not be allowed either.
3. 12-foot distancing while working out, is required. Parents are required to remain out of the gym during training.
4. All participants must sign a COVID-19 waiver
5. No more than eight (8) people total, boxers and coaches included, may be in the gym at one time.
6. Your sessions must be scheduled, a sign-up sheet is available. If
7. Juniors, age 8-16, may now train Monday-Thursday, 5-6 PM and Saturdays 9-10 AM.
9. An alcohol-based hand sanitizer is provided for participant use.
USE IT BEFORE AND AFTER TRAINING
10. No sharing of gear is allowed: gloves &, hand wraps are no longer provided. Participants must have their own equipment. We will supply sparring gear when that is allowed.
11. A sign will be displayed informing all coaches and participants that they must: maintain a minimum twelve (12) foot distance from one another, sneeze or cough into one’s elbow; and not shake hands or otherwise engage in any physical contact.

Violators of these restrictions will be asked to leave.

Morrison Boxing Club is closed until further notice.
Per the Governors’ order.
“Gov. Asa Hutchinson on Thursday 3/19/20 ordered the closure of all restaurant dining rooms, bars and gymnasiums in the state as the number of confirmed coronavirus cases rose by two-thirds, to 62.”
