Another incredible reminder that our community shows up for the kiddos in Pulaski County! 💙

A huge thank you to one of our amazing food truck vendors, Travelin' Tom's Coffee of North Little Rock, for their generous donation!

We keep saying it, but partnerships like these truly do remind us that when a community comes together, incredible things happen for children who need us most!

But the truth is...we're just 4 days away from the end of the month, and we're still well short of reaching our fundraising goal of $300,000. As a matter of fact, we're almost to the $220,000 mark!

Every dollar raised helps ensure that Children's Protection Center- Little Rock, AR can continue providing FREE, life-changing, trauma-informed services to children who have experienced abuse and neglect.

A huge thank you to SPP for not only fielding a team in this year's festival, but also for selecting Children's Protection Center- Little Rock, AR as their June Charity of the Month! Their commitment goes beyond the race course—it's helping raise critical awareness and funding for children and families impacted by abuse and neglect right here in our community.

We're still riding the wave of excitement from this year's event!

While the cheering may have quieted and the boats are off the water, our team is still hard at work!

In fact, we just finished organizing and transporting festival supplies back into storage yesterday! That's the reality of an event of this magnitude—it takes an incredible village long after the last race is complete.

And while we're wrapping up festival logistics, we're also focused on something even more important: reaching our $300,000 fundraising goal to ensure children affected by abuse and neglect continue to receive the hope, healing, and support they deserve from Children's Protection Center- Little Rock, AR.

The parade was the perfect break between races, filling the festival grounds with excitement, rhythm, and community spirit. From the amazing performances to the enthusiastic crowd, the energy was unforgettable!

What an incredible start to the day! All of our teams gave it their all on the water, and we are now moving into Round Two. Just one more round stands between us and crowning our 2026 Dragon Boat Festival Champion! 🏆

Good Morning, Dragon Boat! 🐲☀️

Our Opening Ceremonies have officially wrapped up, and we are excited to kick off a day full of racing, teamwork, and fun! Best of luck to all of our teams and participants as they take to the water today.

📢 Marshaling begins at 8:55 AM, with our first race starting at 9:15 AM. Following that, races in Round One will begin every 10 minutes.

🥁 Be sure to join us at 11:00 AM for our Drummers Parade, where each team’s drummer will showcase their energy, spirit, and talent in a special performance.
