19 years ago, today, the doors of essence opened for the first time. 🥹🥰 If has been SUCH a powerful, wonderful, joyful journey and I (Diana) feel so very grateful for all who have come through our doors as clients and staff in both Perrysburg where it all began and in Maumee where we are now. Come enjoy 3 full days of no talking, no electronics, a beautiful and peaceful retreat center, healthy and nutritious foods, yoga, guided meditations, nature walks, rest, and an amazing sense of renewal.

Join us for this amazing experience! Along with much time for rest and reflection, Diana and/or essence staff will lead yoga classes, guided meditations, sound/vibrational healing sessions, nature walks, and much more.

Diana has over 35 years of experience working with many types of bodies and activities using numerous modalities to correct misalignements and help folks live their healthiest, most pain-free and joyful lives. She will teach how to bring down inflammation, align the joints of the body in a balanced way with mobility and strength, explain why mis-alignments occur, and help all set up their lives to keep more balance as life continues to unfold.

�Silent retreats provide space for participants to experience the powerful impact of having an extended time and space to restore. Past participants are so amazed at the power of this retreat and many have attended more than one! The foods are wholesome and delicious (vegan/gluten-free), the grounds are stunning and so calming, and the guided meditations and practices will restore and relax you. Diana shares many techniques for finding balance, and her private energy sessions are powerful for those that choose to add them on.
