MLL VOLUNTEERS NEEDED - BOTH PLAYERS & PARENTS!

Koral Hamburg is celebrating their 100th Anniversary and they’ve asked for our help! MLL was asked to provide volunteers to help with games, bussing tables, taking our trash, etc., and in return, they’ll donate 20% of their profit from the day to MLL!

📆: Sunday, September 13
⏰: Noon-4:00pm (Split into 2 shifts!)
📍: 1905 River Road, Maumee

We know everyone is busy, so we’ve split the time into two shifts, 11:45am-2:00pm and 1:45-4:00pm. Please help us support this amazing local business while raising money for MLL! Players should wear their MLL jersey; coaches/parents can wear MLL or team apparel.

🍂⚾️🍂 FALL BALL UPDATE - FINAL OPPORTUNITY TO REGISTER! 🍂⚾️🍂

This is the final opportunity to register for our inaugural MLL Fall Ball season!

We've been able to open a few additional roster spots, so if you've been considering Fall Ball, we encourage you to register your player today!

Once these final spots are filled, registration will close and we will not be adding any more teams this season.

We're grateful for the overwhelming interest, and we apologize that we aren't able to accommodate everyone. As a pilot program, we're limited by volunteer coaches, field availability, and logistics. Just as importantly, we want to keep roster sizes small enough that players receive more instruction, more repetitions, and more opportunities to develop.

Season Highlights
👉 MLL ages 8-11 (playing MKP/Minors or Majors next spring)
👉$50 registration
👉Practices begin the week of August 24
👉Games begin after Labor Day
👉Approximately 10–12 games
👉Official Fall Ball jersey included
👉Development-focused instruction in pitching, hitting, defense, and baseball fundamentals

For our younger players, we're also planning several instructional clinics this fall focused on hitting, pitching, catching, and fielding. We'll share more details soon. In addition, there are several local volunteer-led sandlot baseball groups that offer free opportunities for players ages 6–9 to continue playing in a fun, relaxed environment.

Thank you for your enthusiasm and support. We're excited to launch this pilot program and appreciate everyone's patience as we work through the challenges of bringing Fall Ball back to Maumee Little League. As always, our league is run entirely by volunteers who are committed to providing the best experience possible for our players.

We're excited to bring this new developmental program to Maumee Little League, and the response has been great. At this point, we only have a handful of roster spots remaining, so if you're planning to register, we encourage you to do so as soon as possible before registration closes or teams fill up.

Fall Ball Highlights:
👉 $50 registration
👉 Weekly practices and approximately 10–12 games
👉 Official Fall Ball jersey included
👉 Practices begin the week of August 24
👉 Games start after Labor Day and wrap up by mid-October

*Fall Ball is designed for players who will be playing in the Modified Kid Pitch (Minors) or Majors divisions during the 2027 spring season (8-11 years old this past spring). Our focus will be on player development through instruction, game experience, and preparing players for next spring.

Please remember that equipment return day will be Sunday, July 12th from 1:00–3:00 PM at Ford Field.

Please bring:
* All team equipment (bags, helmets, catcher’s gear, baseballs, etc.)
* Your coach/field keys

Your $10 key deposit will be returned when your keys are turned in.

💥MLL NIGHT AT THE MUD HENS UPDATE!💥

Digital tickets were emailed this morning; all families who submitted a Mud Hens ticket order should have received an email from [email protected] with the subject “You’ve Got Tickets,” along with a second email with instructions on how to download your tickets. Please be sure to follow those instructions and download your tickets prior to the game.

Maumee 12U's tournament run came to an end yesterday, but we couldn't be prouder of the effort this team showed throughout the week, not only as competitors, but also as outstanding tournament hosts.

These players demonstrated perseverance, resilience, and determination while competing against some of the top talent in Northern Ohio. They represented Maumee with pride both on and off the field. Thank you to our players, coaches, families, volunteers, and everyone who helped make this tournament a success.

MLL will be hosting one last game Saturday at noon, which will conclude the 2026 Ohio District 7 Little League 12U Tournament.

Way to go, MAUMEE!! 💜💛⚾️💪

MAUMEE 12U DISTRICT TEAM kicks off the Ohio District 7 Little League Tournament TODAY at our own FORD FIELD at 6pm vs. Bellevue. GO MAUMEE!!! 💜💛⚾️💪

In addition to the game today, MLL will be hosting Ohio District 7 Little League Tournament games ALL WEEK! ⚾️⚾️⚾️

We’re thrilled to welcome six other talented Little League teams from across Northern Ohio to our home field and showcase the spirit of Maumee, our amazing facilities, and the passion of our community.

Come out and cheer on our 12U District Team as they compete for a championship, and let’s make this a memorable week for our players, families, and fans alike.
