Harvard tracked 147,000 people for 30 years. The group doing 90-120 minutes of strength training a week had a 13% lower risk of dying early. Going way past that didn’t add much more benefit.
That’s roughly 3 sessions, 30-40 minutes each.
A Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday.
You don’t need 2 hours a day. You need consistency at a dose you’ll actually keep up.
Hence, CONSISTENCY IS SLAY.
