Alarm went off at 4 like always. It was pouring down rain. The thought of staying in bed crossed my mind for a second but I quickly dismissed it and got a great workout put in. Don’t let that negative voice talk you out of things you know you should do

That a wrap on the first Operation Dad Weight Loss Challenge. Was so grateful to be a part of this with these two. For the last 12 weeks they have counted their macros, worked their butts off, and the results are the proof. Over 30lbs lost by both of them. Congrats boys on all of your achievements with this challenge. One may have been victorious in the challenge but you both won!!
