That a wrap on the first Operation Dad Weight Loss Challenge. Was so grateful to be a part of this with these two. For the last 12 weeks they have counted their macros, worked their butts off, and the results are the proof. Over 30lbs lost by both of them. Congrats boys on all of your achievements with this challenge. One may have been victorious in the challenge but you both won!!

Woke up and the legs and hips felt tight. Weight felt heavy. But after about 4x3 of 315 everything was loose and moving. 375 for 3. 405 for 2. Screw let’s see what I got. 435 down and up. All this to say it’s not how you feel when you start. Get up put in the work and see where it takes you. I promise you’re gonna feel better after.

May is mental health awareness month and we all have our own mental health struggles but I can tell you for a fact that the best place for me to take care of a lot of them is in the gym. When I get in and start to move the weight or sit in the sauna, or go for a run my head is in a much better place all day long. I encourage everyone to try this before anything else. And if you’re looking to get started in the gym but don’t know where to start reach out and we can set something up and get you going. Do yourself a favor and get up and move because when the mind and body are in sync you can do anything.
