🎒❤️ THANK YOU, POINT BLANK RANGE FAMILY! ❤️🎒

Our School Supply Drive was a HUGE success! We are so thankful to everyone who donated a backpack, school supplies, or helped spread the word. Because of you, we were able to collect a wonderful assortment of backpacks and supplies for local students.

We dropped everything off with the Matthews Police Department, who already delivered these supplies into the hands of local schools and students who need them. 👏

This is what community is all about — showing up, giving back, and helping our neighbors. 🇺🇸

IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING JENSEN v. ATF & NFA TRANSFERS

We are aware of the recent developments surrounding Jensen v. ATF and the considerable amount of discussion and confusion regarding what this may mean for NFA transfers.

We have been following this situation closely and have spoken directly with our local ATF office for clarification. At this time, there are still unanswered questions regarding how the ruling will affect the transfer process and what guidance ATF will ultimately provide to dealers.

It is also important to understand that North Carolina law still requires compliance with the federal registration and approval process for NFA-regulated fi****ms. Therefore, regardless of the ongoing federal litigation, there are state-law considerations that North Carolina dealers and customers must continue to follow.

For these reasons, Point Blank Range will continue to require an approved ATF Form 4 before transferring any NFA item to a customer.

We understand that customers may be seeing conflicting information online suggesting that the Form 4 process is no longer necessary. Until we receive clear and definitive guidance from ATF and there is a corresponding change that allows us to legally transfer these items under North Carolina law, our current procedures will remain in place.

This is not about making the process more difficult. It is about protecting our customers, our employees, and our business by ensuring that every NFA transfer completed through PBR is lawful and properly documented.

We will continue monitoring the situation closely and will update our policies immediately if and when the applicable requirements change.
