3 Common Mistakes People make when training abs:
1️⃣Improper Rib Cage Position: If you don’t fully exhale to allow the rib cage to come down and in then you’re telling your brain you want a strong low back and extremely weak abs
2️⃣Improper Hip Position: Same is true from what was mentioned in number 1️⃣. Learn how to posterior pelvic tilt(coupled with proper rib cage movement) to prevent your abs from getting weak and your low back getting strong.
3️⃣ Not Knowing Your “Why”: If you’re directly training abs in hopes of getting an aesthetic change, you don’t know your why. To fully understand your why, check out the link in the bio!

Grateful for the opportunity to work with an overall great guy and appreciate the kind words!

“Brian is not your average trainer. I find him to be uniquely knowledgeable of the human body and body mechanics.

The majority of personal trainers I've encountered seem to approach fitness with a "class" mentality. Most trainers, run everyone through the same set of exercises in the same way. Brian approaches fitness with the awareness that no two bodies are alike. He knows how to identify and accommodate for body asymmetry that demands varying methods to achieve the correct results..

For years I have had issues with my back. Brian's knowledge and use of PRI (Postural Restoration Institute) along with strength training, helped me achieve a degree of flexibility and fitness that I have not had for years. He created a set of custom exercises that helped strengthen my particular weaknesses. He kept me away from popular exercise methodologies that would have actually done more harm than good in the long run. I remain impressed with his ability to identify issues and provide specific exercises that isolate individual muscles that helped bring symmetry and wholeness back to my body.

My professional life includes evaluating and hiring technical staff. One of the things I always look for is whether an individual is a lifelong learner. I’m excited to announce that I am offering online INDIVIDUALIZED training! With that being said, I am offering Three months of FREE Training to THREE individuals!

The thing that bothers me the most is the lack of customization and credibly that is seen in the online training world.
