It was about showing up, facing challenges, supporting teammates, and having the courage to compete. Every match is a chance to grow, and we are incredibly proud of all of our kids for stepping on the mats and representing TMA MHBJJ with heart and confidence. 💪

Whether they won, learned, smiled, or pushed through nerves, each one of them leveled up today. Moments like these are what build discipline, resilience, friendships, and character both on and off the mats.

Big thank you to our coaches, parents, and teammates for always supporting these young athletes. The future is bright for this team 🔥

Congratulations to all of everyone who competed on Pan Ams last week! A big shout out to Professor Dow our head kids instructor at MINT HILL on taking 1st place in her division and for representing our jiu jitsu family. Most importantly a Professor Eric Perkins ( ) our head professor at MINT HILL for being their rain, snow or shine to coach our team!
