We had an extra special guest out to Mavericks club practice last week!

2025 North Carolina Gatorade Player of the Year, Sadie Peterson, fresh off her first year at Clemson University, came out for a visit!!

As a Gatorade POY, Sadie was able to select a non-profit for a $1K donation. Additionally, Sadie was selected as one of only 12 winners to present an even more selective $10k Spotlight grant.

She and her father were able to come out last week share the great news with our players and present us with the big check!

Thank you Sadie for selecting Mavericks for this award, it does so much for our club and the mission of keeping soccer affordable and accessible for local players. 🧡

Thank you to everyone who helped us reach our donation goal for Tangerine Cup 2025! Your generosity, support, and belief in our mission made this possible!

Every contribution, share, and word of encouragement helped us get here, and we’re truly grateful for this amazing community.

Team Bayern Munich (captained by Coach Phil Britto) are this year's Tangerine Cup winners, after a cup final for ages...
