Middle School 7th + 8th Grade Volleyball Team Info:

Pre-Season Prep!

Open Gym
When: August 13th 6-7:30
Where: Middle school gym
About : Extra reps, ask questions, everyone is invited!

Boot camp!
When: August 21st + 22nd 6-7:30
Where: Middle School Gym
About: Learn Rules, Rotations and reinforce fundamentals. Ask coaches any questions before try-outs

Try-Outs
When: August 25th + 26th 3-5pm
(Mandatory attendance both dates)
Where: Middle School Gym

Please bring a water bottle, athletic shorts and shoes, and have a big teams account completed WITH physical done ahead of time.
Teams will be announced Tuesday the 26th at 8pm with practices starting promptly the following day (3-5pm) where schedules for the whole season will be given.

We are taking extra precautions and are canceling workouts/open gym tomorrow. With the heat the last several days and not slowing down that gym will be a hot/humid mess. Please enjoy the day off but be sure to drink lots of fluids, eat well and monitor your time in the sun if you plan to be outside! If you are looking for something active to do, you could go for a mile jog or pepper with a teammate preferably during the cooler hours of the day.
