🛑We have staff, who make sure Excel Training Center stays sanitary, free of clutter and properly organized. However, lately I have had to work overtime because of some recent negligence.🚫

✅Excel Members - WE NEED YOUR HELP!

‼️• Wipe down the tanning bed with the provided disinfectant clothes when you finish your session❗️

‼️If you scoop your pre-workout powders anywhere in the gym, especially the bathroom counters, use a wet disinfectant cloth to wipe up the excess spilled powder (do not simply swipe it on the floor)‼️

💪• When you finish your set, put the ENTIRE rack of plates back where they belong‼️

‼️• If you are sweaty, wipe yourself down or dry off with a towel before laying in the tanning bed or moving from machine to machine.🦠

‼️• If you spill your coffee, your protein shake, or your pre-workout on the gym floor, grab a towel or disinfectant cloth to wipe it up

🚽• Ladies, our plumbing is terrible. We are working on it. But for now, please do not flush ANY feminine hygiene items. 🪠🚰

Breathe like you love yourself! With all the chaos in our daily lives, we sometimes forget to take a moment for ourselves. This leads to us living in a constant state of stress. Now more than ever, physical and mental self-care is important for our wellness.

Breathwork is a quick and easy practice that can be incorporated into our daily routines for this purpose, and we can even expand upon it as we progress on our individual wellness journeys. Breathwork exercises are techniques that involve conscious control of breathing.

Here are some examples of breathwork exercises:

💛Diaphragmatic breathing: breathing while engaging your diaphragm.
💛Pursed lip breathing: breathing in through your nose and out through pursed lips.
💛Box breathing: inhaling for four seconds, holding for four seconds, exhaling for four seconds, and holding for four seconds.
💛4-7-8 breathing: inhaling for four seconds, holding for seven seconds, and exhaling for eight seconds.
💛Alternate nostril breathing: inhaling through one nostril and exhaling through the other.
💛Breath focus technique: focusing on your breath and counting each inhale and exhale.
💛Resonant breathing: inhaling and exhaling at a rate of five breaths
