🏆 CHAMPIONS! 🏆

Huge congratulations to Tristan Shaw and Jenn Kurucz on winning NJ Golf’s 60th Mixed Pinehurst yesterday at Forest Hill Field Club! 👏⛳️

At Golf Republic, we absolutely love bringing both indoor and green-grass golf to our members and guests. But this one hits a little different.

Jenn and Tristan have been incredible partners to Golf Republic since before we even opened our doors. Watching them succeed, compete and now add another trophy to the collection makes us incredibly proud.

We couldn’t be happier for two people who are truly part of the GR family. ❤️

Congratulations to our July Member Play Day winners — Dave Habib, Kam Ali & Mark Witte!

On Monday, August 24 they’ll join Golf Republic for an exclusive round at one of New Jersey’s most historic and private clubs.

And that’s the point…

This isn’t a public tee time.
This isn’t something you can book online.
This is a Golf Republic member experience.

Hollywood dates all the way back to 1898 and its current course was famously shaped by legendary architect Walter Travis. Today, it’s ranked #7 in New Jersey by Golf Digest and #163 in the Second 100 Greatest Courses. (Golf Digest)

And here’s a fun little piece of Hollywood history:

When Travis revamped the course in the early 1900s, he went a little crazy with the sand. The 1915 layout reportedly featured 220+ bunkers… including 57 around the 12th hole alone. 😂

Apparently, “fairway” was more of a suggestion back then.

Hollywood has also hosted major championships, including the 1921 U.S. Women’s Amateur, and has been a fixture among New Jersey’s elite private clubs for more than a century. (USGA)
